Refund policy

RETURN, EXCHANGES, AND CANCELLATIONS

I will gladly accept returns and exchanges. Please get in touch with me within 7 days of delivery and ship items back within 14 days of delivery.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. I recommend utilizing tracking for returns to verify that an item was returned to process a refund.

Please be aware that color differences sometimes exist between what you see on screens and the actual product. I cannot be held responsible for the color on your monitor when viewing my products online but I hope that you love your products all the same!

Refunds do not extend to shipping issues that are out of my control (lost in the mail, providing the wrong address, etc). But I will do my absolute best to work with you to sort out the situation and get the items back to you! No replacement items will be shipped until a claim has been submitted and resolved with USPS, and the package is ruled officially "lost".

Clearance and final sale orders are ineligible for return or exchange.

To cancel your order, you must contact us within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, we are unable to cancel your order.
